We begin by understanding your specific workforce requirements, company culture, and the qualifications needed for each role.

We help you plan direct recruitment or select and verify licensed agencies in Mauritius and legally authorised agencies in Nepal and India.

We support your assessment of candidates you source directly or that a licensed agency presents, and advise on documents and onboarding. You make the hiring decision and sign the contract. Travel remains subject to the required source-country approvals and Mauritian permissions.
We advise employers on workforce needs, job specifications and budgets for hiring foreign workers.

Regional OfficeWe advise employers on workforce planning, hiring processes, candidate assessment and onboarding for skilled and semi-skilled workers from Nepal and India, and help prepare supporting documents for the employer’s own Work Permit submission. Employers source candidates directly or use a licensed agency, make the hiring decision and sign the contract.
Hospitality, construction, manufacturing and textile, engineering, agriculture, security guards, supermarket and retail, HVAC, healthcare, information technology, oil and gas, heavy equipment operators, auto mechanics, office and administration, and restaurant and catering, 15 sectors in total.
We advise employers on hiring from Nepal and India, supported by our regional office in Kathmandu, with a further office in Dubai for Gulf-based clients.
The employer is the applicant. For an ordinary Work Permit application, the employer or an employee on its Contribution Sociale Généralisée (CSG) payroll list submits through the National E-Licensing Platform (NELS). Domestic-worker cases have a close-relative exception. The Ministry of Labour and Industrial Relations administers the Work Permit. We help prepare supporting documents for the employer’s submission.
Typically a demand letter stating the roles and numbers, a power of attorney, a service agreement, a guarantee letter and the employment contract for each worker. We provide a sample of each document.
The employer’s candidate search and assessment timetable depends on the roles and workforce numbers. Permit processing and health-clearance times are set by the authorities, so we advise on a realistic timeline at the first consultation.
No. Employers pay our consultancy fees and bear recruitment costs under Mauritian law; workers must not be charged recruitment fees.
