Recruit workers from Nepal and India for your Mauritius business
Employers who want to recruit workers from Nepal and India need a clear vacancy brief and a way to assess candidates against it. Indian Ocean Millenium Partners Co. Ltd sources skilled and semi-skilled workers for Mauritian businesses, with its head office in Vacoas-Phoenix and a regional office in Kathmandu.
Begin with the duties and working conditions rather than a nationality preference alone. A useful shortlist shows how each candidate’s experience matches the work your managers need completed.

Which roles can you discuss with us?
Our recruitment covers hospitality, construction, manufacturing, garment and textile, engineering, agriculture, security, supermarkets, office roles and other sectors listed in our company profile. Examples include chefs, housekeepers, construction managers, masons, machine operators, quality inspectors and maintenance technicians.
For technical appointments, describe the equipment, systems and tasks involved. For a supervisory role, explain reporting responsibilities and the team’s working arrangements. This gives the search a practical basis and helps you compare relevant experience without assuming every candidate from the same country has the same skills.
How do you recruit Nepali and Indian workers for Mauritius?
Our process starts with consultation and needs assessment, followed by a recruitment strategy built around the vacancy. Targeted sourcing, screening, skill assessments and behavioural interviews form part of that strategy. Reference checks and discussion of employment terms support candidate selection and placement.
Agree what the assessment should demonstrate. A machine operator’s practical experience, a chef’s duties and a supervisor’s responsibilities call for different questions. Identify the evidence you want to review before interviewing finalists, then use the same criteria when comparing their answers.
You participate in the final selection. Use the interview to confirm the role, proposed terms and any points that remain unclear. Keep the job description available throughout the discussion so that selection stays tied to the vacancy.
