What does a manpower consultancy in Mauritius do?
We source, screen and place skilled and semi-skilled workers from Nepal and India for employers in Mauritius, and we prepare the candidate files and supporting documents your work-permit application needs. You remain the employer; we handle the search and the paperwork around it.

Who applies for the work permit?
The employer. Work permits for non-citizens are issued by the Ministry of Labour, and the application is lodged by the employer through the National Electronic Licensing System (NELS). We prepare the complete file so your HR team can submit it without delays.
What documents will you need from us?
Typically a demand letter stating the roles and numbers, a power of attorney, a service agreement, a guarantee letter and the employment contract for each worker. We provide a sample of each document.
How long does recruitment take?
Sourcing and screening usually takes a few weeks depending on the roles and numbers. Permit processing and health-clearance times are set by the authorities, so we build a realistic timeline with you at the first consultation.
Do candidates pay recruitment fees?
No. Our recruitment costs are borne by the employer, in line with Mauritius' private recruitment agency rules; candidates are never charged for placement.
